Thank you all, for your continued support and interest.
While I was working on this fourth of July Holiday special, news outlets reported that Governor Jeff Landry of Louisiana signed a bill requiring the state’s public schools, colleges and universities to display the Ten Commandments in every classroom. As expected, it has drawn both praise and criticism, depending on ones belief system, and will, no doubt, bring forth court battles over it’s legality. Because this is a ‘faith’ issue, I was inspired to address it in my next post. Here is a little preview sketch:
Until then, I do hope everyone has a safe and happy Fourth of July, honors God for the freedoms He has bestowed upon us – thanks to the faith of the founders – and will continue to bless our nation so long as “We the People" also remain faithful to Him.
If you say that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9
It's a shame your messages don't go out to ALL the people. Some are still to blind to see and will not let their hearts and minds be opened. God Bless You and Happy Independence Day!
